So I finally kegged the ESB .looks great, tastes amazing, and clocks in at 7.25% abv. It is to be named Imperial Cruiser(my dad actually picked the name) to compliment Darkside, our 9.5%abv chocolate oatmeal stout).
I also transfered the Cherry Wheat ale into secondary. It is wonderful tasting so far and right around 6.5% abv. Another week and I’ll get that into a keg.
From the looks of it both beers, 3 ciders, and lime lager will be on tap for my birthday on May 9th. Needless to say I am very excited
